We hold occasional quiz nights and jumble sales throughout the year, alongside our Spring and Advent Fairs. We also hold regular afternoon teas and coffee mornings that have the added benefit of being social events for our community. During Lent, we have a fundraising project to support a different cause each year: this year it was for Shelter Box UK that exists to ensure no one is without shelter after disaster.
Our work is centred in and for our community with activities drawing people from all backgrounds into the life of the church. We have a thriving knit and natter group and a monthly walking group (plus dogs) that enable friendships and conversation. The walking group takes part in the annual Ride and Stride event every September.
Our building is beautifully adorned with flowers when required, with a small but very experienced team who source and arrange them.
We’re hoping to offer prayer after our services for anyone in need of encouragement, healing, or support. If you have a heart to pray with others, we’d love to hear from you.
A chance to welcome local families into a warm, faith-filled space. Whether it’s helping with playtime, snacks, or simply chatting with parents, your presence can make a real difference.
As we welcome families and children to our church, we’re looking for volunteers to help with our Sunday Club during the 10 am service.
